Who do you ship with?
We ship with FedEx to the United States. A street address and phone number are required for all FedEx shipments.
If you have a P.O. Box in the United States, we will ship with United States Postal Service. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes within the states.
Shipments to a non United States destination will be shipped with United States Postal Service air parcel service.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
We offer free FedEx Ground shipping and handling within the United States.
For FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight and International shipments, shipping rates are based on the product weight and destination of the delivery. The rates are generated once you checkout or you can use our automated shipping calculator. Handling fees are waived for FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight and International shipments. You need to have at least one product in your cart to calculate your shipping. Click here to calculate your shipping.
When will my order arrive?
Please note that shipping time is in addition to the time needed to fulfill the order.
Ground orders take 1-4 days to fulfill.
Overnight and 2 Day orders must be placed by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Orders after 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the next business day.
FedEx Ground
- Delivery in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 business days to a U.S. business address, depending on distance to recipient.
- Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico in typically 3 to 7 business days.
- Shipments arrive typically by end of day, Monday-Friday.
- Delivery weekdays by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses (by 4:30 p.m. to other areas).
- Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).

Can I ship to a location that is different from my billing address?
To ship to another address, please enter or update your address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field during the ordering process or send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order requesting us to ship to a different location.
