| Returns & Damaged Orders What if my order arrives damaged? If the contents of the package arrived to you damaged, please do the following: Contact our customer service via our Customer Care Email Form or call us at 610 253 7021. Be sure to include your order number, name, phone number, description of the damaged product(s), and the condition of the box. If the box shows signs of mishandling during shipping, save all packaging and replace contents into the box. Do not throw anything out. We will file a damage claim with the courier and arrange to have the package picked up for inspection. In the meantime, we will then arrange for a replacement shipment or refund you the cost of your order upon request. What is your return policy? We work hard to provide you with the highest quality shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 5 days of receipt and receive a refund. However, prior authorization is required to make a return. E-mail us for an authorization request and return details. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping and handling costs for the order. Also, you are responsible for your return shipping costs. As we are dealing with natural and hand-carved products, size, design, and color given are approximate, and should not be deemed otherwise. The merchandise must be in good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund. For your protection, we recommend you use Federal Express. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. In the rare occurrence that an error was made on the order, just notify our customer care team within 3 days of receiving the package and we will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the time the order was submitted.
