When do you charge my credit card?

What if I don't want to place an order on your web site?
Although we encourage our customers to place their order using our secure on-line ordering system, you can place an order by telephone or by e-mail. To place a telephone order, select the product you wish to order and send your order request via our Customer Care Email Form. Please include your billing and shipping information in the message field. Do not include your credit card number. Then, call us at 610 253 7021 with your credit card number or request us to call you on the telephone number you provided us. We will then place your order.

If you do not have a credit card, you can still place an order. Please e-mail us the products you would like to order, and we will e-mail you back the total cost including the shipping and handling.
